Though he studied Physics, his interest to meet people from all over the world, to know about the culture of different nationalities etc., made him choose a career in South Tourism. He joined as a Tour Executive and fulfilled his desire. Now he has been moved to Operations team but keeps sharing his experience and develop his knowledge about various tourists’ attractions. His hobby is to listen to music, ride bike and explore unknown destinations.

Having come from the hospitality industry, Mathan has become an expert in handling a team of Sales persons in South Tourism. His experience has helped him to guide his peers and solve critical issues while handling the diversified kinds of clients visiting South India. He owns the responsibility of ensuring to deliver the best services from each member of his team. Mathan is well known for designing itineraries covering the promising destinations across South India in different combinations, kindling the interest of the travellers to try them. Mathan loves to play Badminton to keep himself fit and spends his free time with his little princess.

Very sociable, taking challenges positively, thinking wise during critical situations are the terms can be used to describe Sakthi, who is heading the team at our Madurai branch. He is an expert in men management and handles the team of our captains in the down south sector in a very efficient way. He is a travel lover and he has represented the company in the travel marts and trade fairs conducted in various countries.

A dynamic personality taking care of the Mumbai branch of South Tourism is Babu, a native of the South Tamil Nadu. Babu has learnt about the industry right from the scratch and he is into the Sales team now. He is a good trainer and imparts his knowledge to the freshers joining the company. Babu motivates the trainees to learn all the verticals of the industry and loves to see them grow with him. During free time, Babu loves to find out any unexplored part of the city still remaining to be projected to the clients.

Christy has been traveling along with South Tourism for the past Fifteen Years. He is currently the Regional Manager, stationed at Cochin, a hot spot in the God’s own country Kerala. With his excellent product knowledge and the rich experience, Christy finds it a pleasure to impart the training to his peers and the new joiners and he is happy to see them progress to the next level, a quality much admired by his team. Besides his work, he loves to be with his cute daughter and his family and spend time in gardening.

A proud Ex-Air force officer and a dynamic athlete, Kannan had a strong inclination towards tourism domain and hence after having served the nation for more than TWO decades, he chose South Tourism to be his destination. He is so proud that he has completed his master’s degree in Tourism. His proficiency in many regional languages has been a tool for him to get closely connected with his business counterparts across the country. Kannan has many accolades and awards to his credit in the various State and National level Marathons for different social causes. He is the most favourite trainer for our staff aspiring for such competitions. He is a home loving bird and spends his free time with his family.

He has been associated with us for a long time. He has more than a decade of experience in Tourism industry. He handles the branch operations in Trivandrum. He feels happy to have been a part of South Tourism. His hobbies are reading books, playing shuttle, badminton.

A physics graduate turned into a passionate Guest Relations Executive and in turn into a Sales person is Kandan, working at our Madurai office. Kandan is also well versed in professional photography which he left for his passion in Tourism. Kandan is known for his hard work, simplicity and the rapport he maintains with everyone. With his long years of experience in South Tourism, Kandan handles the unforeseen moments in his profession efficiently. Spending time with his family and friends and exploring the city and the nearby regions are the favourite pass time for Kandan during his free time.

A consistent learner right from the day she joined in South Tourism, Shanthi is an optimist, always looking at the brighter side of everything. Shanthi is very keen to ensure the accuracy of the details coming from her end and she is passionate about handling the requirements of clients which vary from person to person. With her in depth knowledge about the different destinations across the country, Shanthi keeps updating herself, which she believes, is a never ending process. Hill temples, ancient places of worship are Shanthi’s choices to visit during her free time.

Vinoy is an Economics graduate by qualification but has taken up Tourism as his profession. Having started as a Guest Relations Executive with South Tourism, Vinoy has exhibited an excellent performance in all the roles he has been assigned to. Currently, he is handling a team of vibrant members at Alleppey, the destination which is popular among the tourists as “Venice of the East”. Vinoy is an expert in handling the clients desirous of cruising the houseboats in Alleppey. Vinoy loves to ride on his bike along the lengthy stretches or engage himself in gardening and spend time with his family.

Rufes, started his career with South Tourism as a Guest Relations Executive. With his ability to learn things with interest and creative, he is now one of the Holiday Experts at our Cochin office, assuring the best of services to every client he comes across. Rufes is a consistent learner and he loves to know about the culture, life styles , interests of his clients visiting India from different countries, which is indeed is an inspiring factor for him to work more enthusiastically. Rufes can be seen busy during his free time in his own garden engaged with his little princess whom he considers as a blessing in his life.

Having started his career as a Guest Relations Executive, Bala now takes care of our branch in Pondicherry. Bala always keeps the satisfaction of his clients as the top most priority and he goes the extra mile to bring the happy smiles on the faces of his clients. He is a multitasking person and loves to keep himself busy all the time. Besides his profession, he loves to roam around with his friends and to spend time with his family.
